Baltimore City Recycling Program Demonstration

On Thursday we had a visit from Tiffany Hall of the Baltimore City Recycling program.  She read the children a story and demonstrated to them which items are to be recycled and which to dispose of in the garbage.

Thank you to the Baltimore City Recycling program for sharing this valuable information with even the youngest of learners.  Miss Hall did a fantastic job re-enforcing what we have been teaching about recycling.  

Until this program came about, we had no idea how little trash we generate on a weekly basis.  Recycling has cut our trash in half!
